I looked at this website as alink from K2 screens list of clients, i put it on my type blog because although it contains alot of imagery i feel the type based stuff stands out above this, the simple black text with the sharp layout has a realy nice fell to it overall.

I was looking on K2 screens website and i found the link to yes studio, i have put a piece of image up on my main blog but i put this image up on my type blog, i like the work because its type used along side image and its a nice simple clean layout, i like how its black and white and it seems appropriate to this piece of work.

The new Graphic is out, it bright pink with illuminous text, its all hand screenprinted by K2 screen!!!

Adrian Shaugnessy

We went to Newcastle to hear a talk from Adrian Shaugnessy,the talk was helpful and he highlighted allot of mistakes that graduates make!He showed us some of his work, it was really interesting to see, it wasn't what i expected, it was quite high end graphics, it was really good finished quality but it was all abit the same , typical good graphics that you see all the time , nothing was really that different about his work.His advice was really helpful tho.

Work placement

I have finally got a work placement, at K2 screen, its a screen printing company, the website doesn't really show much of there work, but some of the client's they have printed for are really big, they also have a spread in Graphic when SEA designed their new brand identity.

Yes studio

I put a piece of there work up on my type blog as well, i chose this piece of work because i like the style of illustration, and the pastakl colours used, its got a really old fashioned feel to it, and because its been screen printed i think it just a really nice piece of simple work.
